Care & Instructions

  • Regular Dusting: Dust your curtain fabric regularly with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner attachment to prevent dust buildup and keep them looking clean.
  • Spot Cleaning: Treat stains or spills on curtains fabric promptly with a gentle cleaning solution or mild detergent.
  • Hand Washing: Delicate or sheer curtains may require hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. Avoid wringing or twisting the fabric, as it may damage delicate fibers.
  • Machine Washing: Some curtains fabric, like heavier or lined ones, may be machine washable. Check the care label for washing instructions and use a gentle cycle with cold water.
  • Drying: Air-dry curtains whenever possible to preserve their shape and prevent shrinkage. If machine drying is allowed, use a low heat setting.
  •  Ironing: Iron curtains fabric on a low setting if needed, but check the care label first to ensure the fabric can handle heat.
  • Avoid Bleach and Harsh Chemicals: Avoid using bleach or harsh chemical cleaners, as they may damage the fabric or cause discoloration.
  • Sun Protection: Protect your curtain fabrics from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Consider using sheer or UV-blocking curtains for windows exposed to strong sunlight.
  • Tie Backs and Holdbacks: Use tie backs or holdbacks to keep curtains away from windows when they are open to prevent dirt and dust buildup.
  • Storage: When not in use, store curtains in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight to avoid discoloration and damage.
  • Always refer to the specific care instructions provided by the manufacturer or on the curtain's care label for the best results. Proper curtain care will not only maintain their appearance but also extend their lifespan.

Delivery & Installation

Our support and delivery teams will be in touch with you for a hassle-free delivery.

Free delivery is only applicable for the first attempt to deliver at your shipping address. If a customer misses this delivery, an extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt.

In absence of a service lift, our delivery partner shall only make a delivery to the ground floor of your apartment. Extra charges applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request) in such cases.

 Extra charges applicable for weekend or time-specific delivery.

Installation

  •  Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery.
  •  If Pre-assenbled - no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
  •  If Expert-assembly - expert assistance is required, for which Floating Walls will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.

Limited Returns

Standard Purchases: To ensure the highest quality and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for refunds, exchanges, or store credits on standard purchases unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@floatingwalls.in with photos and a description of the issue. We will promptly address the situation and provide instructions on how to proceed.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Costs

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable except when an error has occurred on our part.

Refund Processing

Eligible Refunds: Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned product.

Proof of Purchase: To initiate a return or refund, please provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Refund Process

Initiating a Return: Contact us at support@floatingwalls.in to request a return due to damage or defect. Please include photos and a detailed description.

Return Authorization: If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refund Method: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, debit card) or as store credit to your Floating Walls account, based on your preference.

Timeline: Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days.

Additional Notes

Custom Products: If your product was custom-made or personalized, it is generally ineligible for return or refund unless damaged or defective.
